Terms of Service — Slack App Edition

1. Welcome to Grayn

Agreement between user and Y77 Limited trading as Grayn. Governs access via Slack Marketplace, grayn.ai, and app.grayn.ai. By installing or using Grayn, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must be an authorised Slack workspace user.
If installing for an organisation, must have authority to accept Terms.

3. Installation & Accounts

Installed via Slack Marketplace using OAuth scopes shown during install.
Responsible for workspace admin approval and all activity through Grayn.

4. Free Trial

Typically 14 days. No charge during trial.
Auto-converts to paid if not cancelled. One trial per organisation.
Trial data deleted within 30 days if not converted.

5. Subscription & Billing

Fees in USD, auto-renews monthly or annually.
Upgrades immediate with prorate; downgrades next cycle.
Fees generally non-refundable. Contact support@grayn.ai for billing issues.

6. Acceptable Use

No illegal, harmful, or unlawful use.
No reverse-engineering or reselling access.
No misleading content, malware, or advertising within Slack.

7. Data Processing & Privacy

Processes only messages directed to Grayn — not all workspace messages.
Never trains LLMs with Slack Data. Never sells or shares Slack Data.
Slack Data deleted within 14 business days of uninstallation.

8. AI-Generated Outputs

Outputs may not be 100% accurate. Always review critical decisions independently.
Grayn does not provide financial, legal, or regulatory advice.

9. Service Level Agreement

99.9% uptime target. Credits: 99–99.9% = 5%, 95–99% = 15%, below 95% = 30% of monthly fee.

10. Intellectual Property

Grayn platform owned by Y77 Limited. You own your data.
